like an ant

My house is constantly under attack by ants! Arizona ants are especially, crazy. Never in my life have i been afraid of ants, but if i told you the countless times they attacked me, my kids or my house you'd understand. They are everywhere and in AZ you can never really be rid of them.

I can truly say I hate ants and yet on the flip side, i kind of respect them. There is something to be said about the persistence and perseverance in an army of ants! You can squash a bunch and while they retreat for the moment, they will be back! They are called to serve their queen and despite obstacles they will give their life to fulfill it. You know where I'm going with this...don't you. As silly as i sound talking about ants, I do notice their tenacity and wish I could have the same. In my own life it does not take much to set me off track, doubt my mission and walk away defeated. God teach me how to persevere....like an ant!?! :)
